Design, installation, service
We can design our systems from scratch based on the customer’s guidelines or present already installed solutions. Our specialization is design, installation and service of smoke extraction control systems in stairwells, elevator shafts and entire buildings.
Our systems are built on the basis of a microprocessor control unit coupled with the SAP fire detection system. Communication between the control units takes place in both directions.
- Lift shaft and stair wells: Smoke detectors integrated with the smoke extraction system and optical and acoustic alarms are installed in elevators and stairwells. The control unit controls a set of actuators opening smoke extraction flaps, a set of electro-holders unlocking the doors to external evacuation stairs and aeration doors. At the same time, sets of special aeration fans can be activated.
- Main building dampers and fans: Control of dampers in the main shafts of the building, connected to a set of special smoke extraction fans, removing toxic substances outside the building and fans supplying fresh air. The fans are powered from unbuffered voltage, connected before the fire switch.
When the smoke extraction windows are opened and the fans are started, the evacuation routes are illuminated. Our systems have a full early fire warning function with simultaneous smoke extraction.
Additionally, the alarm output of the smoke extraction control unit can be connected to a telephone dialer signaling a fire in the Fire Service.
